a. History: Poor dentition, and corkscrew hairs on his chest, abdomen, and legs, with associated perifollicular petechiae

Vitamin C Deficiency

Pivotal Assessment Finding
Punch Biopsy of Skin Lesion Perivascular lymphohistiocytic inflammation, with some focal perifollicular erythrocyte extravasation
